Expressway is a great dealership in our little town. Jeff was wonderful to work with. And the Escape is turning out to be a great used car choice. The four wheel drive was put to good use on the 401 on a blustery Christmas Eve. I'd go back for sure.

We have dealt with Expressway Ford for a long time and have bought or leased at least 5 vehicles from them over the years. Service has usually been excellent. Although we did have a problem with the Ford Maintenance Protection Plan regarding our 2011 Fusion a few months ago, more recently the drive train of our 2014 Escape suddenly had to be replaced. Our Premium ESP covered all of the costs that otherwise would have been well over $1000, possibly closer to $2,000 (we have not seen the cost breakdown yet). Service was prompt, helpful and friendly. In fact an additional problem with a moulding under the front of the SUV was also fixed without our asking. We appreciated that. Robert Norman

Just brought my 2016 F150 in for a 2” leveling lift in the front end, 34” KO2 tires and a magnaflow exhaust. Everything turned out great at a very fair price. They were also able to help out with an issue we were having with the rear passenger door not opening all in the same day.

was really interested in ford transit van, called Thursday, talked with Paul and Jeff, they said its available and that there bringing it from stratford to new hamburg over night , and made an appointment for 2:00 pm the next day after witch is friday because that when i will be arriving to buy the van its about a 6 hour drive. woke up Friday got certifies check ready got on the 401, called to make sure car is ready half way through Toronto told me it was SOLD! ... BUT WHY... president of the company said its sold so we cant do anything about it, we aren't very nice people sometimes and went on and on..
