Stratford Honda

I usually only get the time to write bad reviews but in this case Stratford Honda did an exceptional job. from the initial contact to the driving away a happy happy happy man. Alan Pfaff responded to my email inquiry before business hours, Took care of my special requests, listened to what I had to say and did not try to up sale something that was ridiculous . All in all a very good sales person. The business was clean and organized. Small lot but they use the space they have effectively. Thank you

When I went to other car dealerships I found they were extremely pushy and just trying to make a sale by whatever means necessary, but that wasn't the case at Stratford Honda! Dave was very patient and helpful during my entire decision making process. I test drove the Honda Civic on June 3, but didn't make the purchase until the end of the June. Over the course of this month I emailed Dave several times to ask questions and each time he answered in a timely manner. Fantastic service from Dave, I would definitely recommend him and the team at Stratford Honda!

Very nice and friendly staff. I live in Kitchener but I drive all the way to Stratford whenever I need a service for my car simply because they have very nice and polite staff (specially in the repair and service department).

Just purchased a like new Honda Pilot from Stratford Honda. Allan was my salesmen. Love the car. Loved my experience at the dealership. Given a great price on the vehicle and a fair value on my trade in. My past experiences at other dealers was that you couldn't have both a good price and a fair trade in value. No high pressure tactics. No tough negotiations. No uncomfortable high pressure after sales tactics that add costs to the purchase (ie insurances, scotch guarding, vin etching, rust proofing). I will be back and will tell my friends. Make the drive, you'll be glad you did.
