I phoned ahead saying that I was coming from over an hour away with the sole intention of driving a new Mazda 3 GT. They said no problem, we've got a show model that you can drive.
Upon arrival they said that unfortunately someone just test drove that car and bought it. Due to being officially sold they couldn't let me test drive the car that I phoned ahead to ensure so and to then take several hours out of my day to do so.
0/10 would not recommend.
If you're looking for great Mazda sales and service, check out Probart Mazda in London. Their prices, selection, and customer service are much better. I had great success acquiring an even nicer Mazda 3 GT at a better price.

Amazing service department that ensure you are priority number one. The staff at the counter are best in the business. Unfortunately, the front of house hasn't attained the level of service that the back has. They have renovated the outside of the building but the inside doesn't share the same updates.

I have a been a customer of Stratford City Mazda for several years. I have never been disappointed in either their service or their customer experience. Josh and Nick are very knowledgeable in the Service Department and make a point of looking after you. They do not recommend parts or services that are unnecessary like some of the "Quick Lube" shops. Wayne in particular is a Master Mechanic and a real asset to the competent team of mechanics. I trust every aspect of my Mazda 3 to him completely and he has always solved the problem quickly and efficiently. I will continue to buy my vehicles from Stratford City Mazda in the future and make use of their excellent all around service. I highly recommend them to anyone without reservation. Owner Jeff Meek is very personable and treats me the same as customers purchasing far more expensive vehicles. If you own a Mazda, do you self a favour and check them out. It will be worth your while.

I have been a customer of several Mazda dealers and I have to say Stratford is by far the best.  The sales and service staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and make you feel like you are important to them.  I am on my second car from the stratford dealer and do not see myself going anywhere else.
