Everyone here actually cares about their own respective role in making this dealership run efficiently, and able to deliver the best experience possible. New owners are very passionate and friendly, If you have ever had a poor experience in the past I strongly urge you to give Stratford Subaru another try.

Worst Subaru dealer ever ! I live in Stratford and buy/service my Subaru elsewhere. Stay away, he always offers 50% less on trade -in cars that other Subaru dealers, and his cars were $1500 to 2500 more expensive than London and Kitchener Subaru. HE IS a RIPOFF. I usually don't write bad reviews, but this dealership is outrageous. I really don't understand how Subaru Canada allows someone that bad to trash their name.... and to me is a wonder that he is still in business? Are people of Stratford that Ignorant and naive to let anyone rip them off??!?

Terrible place, be extremely careful while dealing with them, had a horrible experience and lost money dealing with them. I would not step into this place ever if it the only place on earth selling a Subaru. Would have given zero stars but didn't have the option.

Stratford Subaru is definitely the place to go f you're looking to buy a Subaru. So happy with my crosstrek. The service department there is awesome and so accommodating! They went out of their way to make sure servicing on my vehicle was done in a timely manner. The service manager there was great at ensuring all my needs were met. Can't go wrong with Stratford Subaru!

I have been buying my cars for the last 10 years or so from nobody else and NEVER had a bad experience. Iqbal and his crew are going out of their way to be helpful, their cars are priced very reasonably and they stand behind their merchandise. If this is any indication : I sold a Subaru Outback to a gentleman in Peterborough, when I mentioned that this car came from Stratford Subaru he bought it unseen, telling me "if you bought the car from Iqbal, I have nothing to worry".....
