We opened our doors in Vancouver 2007, with the endorsement of professional basketball athlete Steve Nash. In-line with his vision of promoting a healthy, balanced lifestyle for all, we continue to redefine the standard gym experience as BC’s largest fitness provider with 19 clubs and growing.

Worst Steve Nash I've been too, possibly worst gym. Condensed weight racks & machines. Barley accessible. Not to mention the outdated equipment compared to Langley/Morgan crossing or Coquitlam which is spaced out and equipped with newer machines, Surrey looks like it hasn't been upgraded for years judging on all the rusted metal. As well as no woman's section unlike basically every other one! Definitely not coming back

I signed up for a week trial online.
Online they tell you that you need to print out a pass and bring it in to activate your trial.
After spending an hour going to Staples and printing out a piece of a paper, i was called to set up an intro session with a salesman. Also? Didnt need that print out. Cool. Thanks.
Went in, salesman was super friendly and showed me around. Needed my ID while i worked out. Why? Because the week pass doesn't actually exist, and its basically a way to lure you in to pressure you to immediately buy a membership.
Again, salesman was nice, but he clearly is forced to push a membership on day one.
How about you actually offer a week trial, leave people alone, and if your gym is clean they can just decide to sign up?
The truth is, the gym was packed, and the weights were absolutely everywhere. They have at least five people selling memberships, and seemingly no one cleaning the place.
The equipment itself was ancient. Honestly, the benches and machines look like they are from the late 80s. The public gyms have newer equipment.
The week pass is a sham, and it's pretty shocking they can legally advertise like that...

I there member so they have trainer if you want to hire one for yourself. And you can do by your own.

All the machines are old and this gym is over priced. The staff are friendly and helpful but overall i am not liking this gym.

Very difficult to locate where the entrance is. Doesn't have signs, looks very sketchy from the outside and the format from the inside is very difficult to navigate. Wouldn't recommend. I'd rather drive to the location in Coquitlam.
