I just joined last fri went for workout yesterday i am new to getting any workout done. So ya i feel it. But as ine lady day i start and it goes by fast. You can bring your child or children with you to there area. My daughter loves it. I can feel my muscles work.

I really enjoy going to HIT! Trainers are great and always willing to help. And sometimes a little nudge to go the next step is always a good thing - encouraging. It's nice and close to home which is awesome. Enjoy reading the FB posts about what is going on and the food/nutrition posts. It is nice to have some suggestions as to things to eat before and after a workout. If nothing else, it opens up topics for discussion.

30 Minute Hit has so many rewards. It is only a 30 minute workout for all levels of fitness and it does not matter how old you are. The trainers are awesome! They get to know each and everyone of their members and will adjust your workout accordingly. The added bonuses are how you feel after both mentally and physically and the friendships you form. One of the best workouts I've done.

My mom was the one who introduced me to 30 minute hit and after hearing nothing but good things and seeing a change in her confidence I new I had to try it out! My free trial was amazing I have not worked out or sweat so much in my life... I have been now going to hit for over 2 years and every time I go the trainers have all been nothing but supportive and helpful on areas I need to work on during my work out and better yet they no exactly what to say to me to get motivated! Would highly recommend to family and friends!

Been a member for almost 4 years... I hate going but love leaving. Very welcoming and one of the best work outs I have ever done. Never gets boring and always challenging..
