I’ve been a Black Card member at Planet Fitness for a while now, and I love it! The gym is always clean, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The equipment is well-maintained, and there’s plenty of variety, from cardio machines to strength training equipment.

I go everyday along with my husband. It is a nice place to workout. I would like to specially mention here about Enrico, he is a trainer here. He is very supportive and always motivates me to do exercise. Apart from this all the staff is nice and helpful.

I requested for transfer of my gym membership from that location to other location. Enrico is such a great person he quickly proceeded with the transfer process and get it done with in less than 2 minutes. Had a great conversation with Enrico.

Stay away from this GYM!nI had high hopes for this gym, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The equipment is outdated and poorly maintained, and the staff is completely unhelpful. Most of the time, they’re too busy chatting with each other instead of assisting members.nBut the worst part? Canceling my membership was a nightmare. I went to their admin twice to request a cancellation, and they still didn’t help me. It felt like they were deliberately dragging their feet just to keep charging me—which, unfortunately, they did.nFor the price they charge, this place is absolutely not worth it. Poorly maintained, terrible customer service, and a complete hassle if you ever want to leave.

I cant begin to tell you the things that the gym has done to better my body, mood and self asteem!nnIn 2014 I was on my death bed due to a 20 yr. illness that affected my liver.nI lost all my muscle mass, and I stopped weighing in at 89 pounds!nnWhile I was waiting for a bed for to go to hospice care ... I was blessed with a cure !nnOnce I had my liver back I started working out at home 1st.nnI started with a 2 pd and a 4 pdnat home and I liked what I seen.nI was thinking about joining gym..nPlanet fitness opened in Whalley , Surrey BC.nnAt first I was self conscience and nervous ...but at Planet fitness no judgement zone I seemed to thrive!!!nI starting to work out for thenfirst time and the more I seen and felt... the harder I tried!nI had crazy energy that you will only get from your body!nThe harder I worked the more energy I seemed to get!nNow I have been going for 2-3 yrs, but had a big 14 month gap due to Covid.nnI have to add that the gym has been great for my mental health too!nnWhen life starts to bother me... I go to the gym! I take it out on the machines!nI then feel so much better!nI cant wait until I can get back to Planet fitness again and start pumping my muscles!nnLast but not least please ...nThe staff are fantastic!nIts a really friendly gym Whalley- Surrey central and its because of the staff and their good attitudes!nThese are a few pictures of my journey.nI will add updated pictures as time goes by
