I was recommended to this medical spa for foot care by my sister, and Claudia was very helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to! Since I work long hours as a server, she helped me with removing small corns in my feet and made my cracked heels smooth again, she also gave me good advice about what product to use to take care of my feet, and what sort of shoes I should wear and invest in. Ever since I had the appointment with Claudia, following her advice has definitely helped me to take care of my feet everyday from now on and my feet feel so much better now!

I’ve been wearing orthotics for years and this is hands down my favourite place to buy orthotics. The quality is better than other places. I like the technology they use - scanning your foot to make the orthotics and using videos to show what is happening when you walk. The ambience feels high end and the shoe selection is stylish. I had an issue with my flat feet which requires me to have custom orthotics. I was referred to Align Footwear by my family doctor 4 years ago and since then, I always have my orthotics customized by them. Their orthotics do improve my feet performance and I got less pain for my walks! I also had a chance to get my body assessment done with Catherine, Brandon and Darius and all of them showed their knowledge, professionalism and care to customer. The assessments were done with both physical activities and high-tech devices including using specialized device to scan your feet to make the orthotics and capturing your walk in a video. Our experiences with Align have been great so far and highly recommendation to anyone who needs a custom orthotics and footwear!

Darius quickly diagnosed her problem as a stress fracture and gave her a treatment plan that resolved the injury. The diagnosis had been messed by multiple physicians. I was also very pleased with the level of skill in diagnosing my running gait issues, as well as the desire to help me to understand the biomechanics and correct the deficiencies.
