Cakes are really delicious. The prices are very affordable and reasonable. She customised as per my design. They always carry a very friendly and welcoming approach. I have been their customer since a very long time and I have loved all their cakes. In a word I can sum up and say it's simply Awesome!!!

I have ordered a birthday cake for my son's 10th Birthday! Lochchana cake house made a beautiful cake and made all request that I suggested! She is very kindly and called me how you would like...and the colour, pattern and other things...she made on time!

Great to work with. Very open and flexible. Showed two sample photos and told her my vision and she did it perfectly. The cake itself and icing taste amazing. She arranged my candle as I wanted it to be a special flower blooming one. Topper great in quality that would last long to keep for memories. Didn’t have to worry about anything. Everything was set and ready to pickup on time.

I found Lochchana Cake house last year when I started my own cake business. I was having a hard time finding cake supplies in Scarborough. I took a chance and checked them out. I'm so happy I did. For a small independent business they offer a wide selection of baking supplies at a very reasonable price. Some stuff is even cheaper than Flour Confections. I've seen some of these reviews in regard to poor customer service and I can honestly say I've NEVER experienced this. The lady that owns the place is always so helpful and willing to answer my questions. When she's busy, like any normal human being, you can tell she gets overwhelmed but again no rudeness. She is always so wonderful to my kids when they're with me. I would suggest supporting this business as this pandemic has also hit them very hard and we need to remember this is how they support their families. Hope this was helpful!

I visited Lochchana back in July. It is a cake decorators dream. I started my cake business last year and had some trouble finding piping tips. I decided to visit this store as a last ditch option on my hunt for a Wilton 1F tip. And to my surprise they had many piping tips, including the 1F! It was the most I've seen from any cake supply store thus far in the GTA. It has a ton of Wilton products overall. And then a couple of Ateco and PME stuff. Multiple cake boards and boxes to choose from. And a large selection of fondant, gel pastes and just about any cake decorating item you can think of. The woman who owns the place was really nice as well. The store is a bit cluttered because it has so many items so it may take you a while to look through their large selection. But definitely worth a visit if you're looking around cake decorating and packaging supplies.

Ordered and received a special cake for our son's first birthday party.. Everything was upto expectations.. Great customer service and professionalism in work.. would definitely recommend this place for making your special occasions more special and attractive.. Thank you

I’m going to recommend that all in one place in town is Lochana cake house. it’s a great place for buying all the things that what we need to make all kind of cakes with reasonable price. Specially the cake class are awesome. I’m going there as a student. Even within a month I made my own cake with her help for my son’s birthday. Every one asked me about the cake and secret of the taste. She teaches us her experience too. Best services and excellent experience she have. Thank god to show me this cake house. I

I came across Lochana's cake house last month for a decorating course and so far I have learned so much! The experience is amazing along with all the supplies and tools that they allow us to purchase for the decorating course. Overall I love the course and I'm glad I made the decision to start this course.

Super pretty cake stand and decorations!! The three tiered cake was sturdy and made beautifully. I loved the flavour and colours of all the icing as well as the cake + cupcakes. The fondant wasn't too sweet and tasted just right for my family, friends and I. Very kind and accommodating staff. Will get from here again :

I bought a ton of stock for my small hobby of cake decorating. Lochchana is family run by a wife and husband team. Initially I found the woman a bit rude, as she looked at me entering and didn’t acknowledge me…only one other person in the shop, so not busy at the time. I had to say hello. After that she was friendly and most helpful. Their stock is amazing! I hope she smiles and says hello to welcome people, as first impressions are lasting ones. I’ll be back as I believe in second chances….and they have everything!
