As you can tell I’m obsessed with her cakes & desserts! Everything tastes sooo good and the designs/decorations on the cakes are always perfect! The staff are always friendly & the shop is beautiful! Always recommending her!

I was searching for a bakery in Scarborough and I found Cakes by Ayam through Instagram. I was excited by all of the great reviews that I read and decided to reach out with an inquiry for 3 dozen cupcakes. They responded to me very quickly and they were very accommodating of the food allergies at the event I was attending. I provided them with an idea and the real cupcakes were spot on; they were gorgeous and a huge hit at the party. I absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for quality baked goods.

I was so incredibly happy with my cupcakes from Cakes by Ayam! I ordered two dozen for my daughter’s birthday. I found the price to be more than fair, the communication was excellent, the service at the counter when I picked up my order was friendly and courteous and the cupcakes were AMAZING! All of our guests commented on how delicious these cupcakes were: moist and fluffy, not too sweet, and unbelievably good frosting. I would highly, highly recommend this bakery and can’t wait to order from them again.

I ordered 6 cupcakes for me and my boyfriend’s 3 year anniversary of dating and might I say they looked EXACTLY like the picture? They were delicious and moist and the icing was fluffy and not TOO sweet- overall it was amazing. Did stain my teeth but it made his day and mine that much more special

probably the worst customer service i and my family has ever experienced. she was so rude and unprofessional and she was literally yelling at my sister at the top of her lungs, it was so disgusting. super condescending tone and no manners. and we got it all on recording too! our cake basically collapsed on its own as she didn’t give it support or structure, and we tried asking for a compensation and she was so rude about it, she said she’s giving us zero percent of our money back and if she is to do anything, she would take the broken cake and make us drive back to her shop and pick up a new one take in this is literally hours before my party!!!! she also tried blaming it on us while we reassured her we took very well care of it on the ride home. she clearly didn’t add proper structure and support to the cake and it appeared to collapse. she took absolutely zero accountability and responsibility for her mistake. skip this girl, 0/10 experience. cake also tasted awful lol, so disappointed. i’d give zero stars if i could.

Ayam was very professional. She made sure that what my vision for the cake I had in mind, become a reality. She communicated with me very well on what needed to done. The cake turned out wonderful for my friend bridal shower. Everyone really loved the cake. She’s amazing check her out.

I will highly recommend Cakes by Ayam for the great design and taste. I am so glad she created the cupcakes exactly as I wanted. Very neatly done and it tasted amazing.

Was delighted with the assortment of 'walk in' cupcakes and served to family on Mothers Day.. luckily I purchased more than needed as they were devoured by family... all selections were VERY tasty and decorated beautifully! Ayam was delightful, helpful and patient with my 'cant make up my mind' choosing... I will be going back for any future cakes, desserts!

My cake order was accommodated pretty last minute and it looked so great the details were on point. It tasted really good too, which sometimes doesn’t happen when cakes are so pretty! Highly recommend

Professional and caring! Cakes by Ayam take the time to create what you are looking for, imagining and expecting your design to me. She is very sweet and helpful and as well will give you the right professional advice to make your design and cake even prettier! As for the taste - BEST ONE IN TOWN! If that says enough, if not, then here is another one. My guests were messaging me after the wedding to ask if there are leftover cake, address/information of Cake by Ayam's or just to tell me how delicious the cake was. I highly recommend them for any and all of your events.
