Very busy. Confusing service. Nice concept of interior design. Was busy as heck when I was there, but was able to find a seat. Service is nothing more than asking for your ice cream. The staff are not able to provide further service from what I can tell. The ice cream was pretty good, the fruit smoothie was very Berry in flavor, rich in taste good experience over all

A delicious variety of uniquely flavoured gelatos and other treats in a modern and airy space. Be prepared for a lineup almost any day of the week and any time of day, however the wait is well worth it. The friendly staff never make you feel rushed and work quickly and efficiently to get the line moving at a good pace. Unsure of a flavour? Just ask for a free spoonful to taste :)

Currently eating a toasted panini out of a fridge that is completely cold on the inside. Do not recommend. Gelato is good though maybe they should hone in their focus on that.

The very best Gelato anywhere. Apparently the owner learned how to make Gelato in Italy. This place was busy every time we went there but never had to wait long for our Gelato. They change the flavors weekly. Friendly service. You'll think you died and went to heaven, it's that good.

Just the most amazing Gelato in Ottawa! The location is great and spacious. They have a patio (as of date of review) just outside. Try their award winning Bronze at the Gelato World Tour in Chicago - Rich Chocolate Bourbon Ganache Swirl Maple-Candied Pecan. Doesn't get much more rich and flavourful than this!
