State and Main is one of our go-to spots. My husband and I come here all the time and I’m honestly never disappointed. The food is so good. The crispy chicken sandwich is a must, and the salmon and honey-glazed chicken are always delicious. Everything just hits. On top of that, our waiter and bartender Dee is the best. He’s hilarious, easy to talk to, and makes a stressful day feel lighter especially as a teacher who just wants to relax and laugh. Great food, great service, and just an all-around favourite place for us.

Celebrated my birthday here with my family this past October. We've been here a handful of times and have to say we always have a good experience & the food is always on point. Matt the manager was super nice, helpful and made sure our needs were taken care of. I only took one star away bc the food took a bit long to come out....some of us ordered appys & mains while others in our party only got mains. Everyone got served but my order was the last to be served which kinda sucked bc it was my birthday dinner. In fairness it was the Leafs final game of the World Series so it was packed but the ambiance was at an all time high & everyone there was really coolnGood time, good vibes, good food with great prices. Highly recommend & will definitely keep coming back to this location

We made a reservation via the website but when we arrived there was no tables available. The manager was very accommodating and had us sit near the bar until they had a table ready. Dee at the bar grabbed us drinks and appetizers and kept us from getting hangry. We didnt have to wait long before we got a table where we had Taya was our server. Despite also working the bar, Taya was a great server. Food wise we had mac and cheese which was phenomenal. We have been here several times and this was the best mac and cheese yet! The wings were ok, the burger and Mashed potatoes were also delicious! The drinks were amazing as always and we had cinnamon bread pudding is must try, delicious was to end our delicious meal. Will definitely be back again!

I celebrated my birthday at this location yesterday and had an incredible experience. Our waitress Katie was quick, attentive, and genuinely kind. She checked on us at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and really made the night feel special.nnThe restaurant has a really good selection of food, with plenty of options for different tastes, and everything we ordered was enjoyable. The drink menu is just as great, with lots of choices. The drink I had was not only super cute but it was well-made and balanced. And the desserts were a perfect finish to the meal, simple but delicious.nnOverall, Katie’s incredible service paired with the fantastic food, drink, and dessert selection made my birthday celebration unforgettable. I’d absolutely recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back.

We were served by Arth I hope I’m spelling his name correctly, and he was exceptional. He was attentive, personable, and truly elevated our experience. The way he described his favorite main courses — especially the salmon with pistachio — was so convincing that 3 out of 7 of us ordered it… and we all absolutely loved it.nnEvery dish at the table was incredible, and the appetizers were just as delicious. Overall, such a great dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!
