Pizza Man - Anoka

I really want to love this place...but the customer service continues to be lacking. I ordered pizza for delivery tonight and was told it would be here within 40 minutes...Now, an hour and 38 minutes later...still no pizza or phone call with an update. I called to see what the delay was and was met with..."Well, there's nothing I can do about it." *Update: Now 1 hour and 55 minutes...still no pizza. One hour and 15 minutes BEYOND the quoted time of 40 minutes which already seemed a bit long. **Second update: Just called to cancel the order and get my card refunded...But now get a canned message that says: "Your call has been forwarded to an automated vpice message system..five times in a row. This started happening after I called to check on the status after an hour and 20 minutes. The only reason for 2 stars is we do really enjoy their pizza. The service ruins the experience entirely, however. Spend your pizza money elsewhere. They don't care about your business. Beyond frustrated, beyond disappointed. You are capable of better customer service, Pizza Man.

Always friendly staff and great food. Cider, my fav, and Beer on tap but still kid friendly. Great pizza joint!

"Manager" girl on the heavier side way too immature to be in charge. Loud and obnoxious to customers and coworkers. Absolutely rude and self-centered with no manners. Will not be ordering from this zoo again. Owner should be ashamed of himself for his staff.

Pizza at lunch time is very good i think the owner must be cooking pizza then! At night most of the time nothing like it is in the lunch time i only go for lunch

Called in my order at 7:20 and pizza did not arrive until 9:05. When it did arrive it was wrong/overcooked and cold. Called and let the staff know being nice and no real apologizes ackknowleged. Disappointed as we order 30 pizzas a month at our work in Ramsey so tried at home and disappointed Think I will go back to Chariclear Pizza which is just down the road.
