Friendly staff and quick service. Plenty of tables and seating for working solo or group meetings. Very welcoming atmosphere. It's Starbucks. If you're looking for the brand, you found it; if you're looking for a fun local coffee shop, try elsewhere.

Was here three days ago, my midnight mocha was not blended right, (well not all the way) I was disappointed with the drink and when I told the lady she snapped at me and said she did it normally. Came in today and got the same thing just because it was close and their was different pepole working. Both employees were very nice when I asked for my drink blended all the way. Thanks for the good service guys!

As far as Starbucks goes, this is pretty generic. The location is good as part of the historic Alex Johnson Hotel. My complaint is that they don't honor the Gold Card's free refills on iced tea/coffee. Instead it's the standard refill price for non-Gold Star status members.
