Location and selection/variety of products is nice; however the staff is the same rude & unhelpful staff from the previous store... with some members being especially unknowledgeable. The return/exchange policies are terrible. Don’t even think about opening anything... If you want to find out if something is in stock, you’re arrogantly told to check the website stock levels whilst you’re in the store itself... And no, they will not bring in something from another store for you if they don’t have it. Horrible customer service, I’ve never had a half decent experience here. Best bet is to do your research online if you need something, and wait for a sale to pop up. Otherwise I recommend Best Buy. PS: Don’t even get me started about their BS in-store warranty for an additional charge... You’ve been warned. Good luck.

Great staff, excellent prices and great location! As far as any negative reviews on here, I have had none, they have always been able to help me.

Great customer service, decent prices a tiny bit cheaper on other web stores but a store in real life is anyways better, They have nearly anything you would want for your computer they even had a Logitech G920 racing wheel which i shouldn't have ordered online a while ago.

I talked for a bit with one of the workers and showed him the kind of things I would be using the computer for and what my limit is and right away he found me the perfect laptop for everything I wanted to do. I'm super happy with it and it was also $100 under my price limit.

Same staff and same management as the old location who wouldn't take back brand new defective goods they sold over the counter. Furthermore they have no interest in helping you unless you're looking at something that will profit them like a new laptop.
