United Mobile

United Mobile provide great quality and fast service. They are very knowledgeable and great customer service. I travel 35 minutes out of town just to use their services. Highly recommend!!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST PEOPLE IN THE HISTORY OF PEOPLE!!! KEPT MY PHONE FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH AS IT HAD TO GO TO CHINA. TOLD ME FALSE DAYS WHEN IT WOULD RETURN. TOLD ME IT WAS FIXED, THEN MOST PROBABLY FIXED, THEN NOT FIXED...WHEN I WENT TO GET IT THEY WERE RUDE RUDE RUDE! LOST MY PHONE CASE, WAS OVER CHARGING ME, AND DID MORE DAMAGE TO THE PHONE THEN WHEN I WENT IN. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. STUPID ARROGANT USELESS PEOPLE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT do business with this company. Fly by night. Lie through their teeth. Incompetent. Made me wait 3 days and phone still not fixed after being told, it was a 10 minute fix. 4 visits and a dozen or so phone calls later, no success. Be warned.

Be warned and stay far away! Called for a quote on screen replacement for iphone, and when I got there, the price was $30 more than originally quoted. Told them this and they argued that this was not the case. When I got a free screen protector ($10 value) guy yells at me "happy now?" My credit card was declined, I knew it wasn't my card. Paid another way and upon calling my credit card company, it was confirmed that it was NOT MY card, but that they blocked this company from the transaction as they are dodgy! Girl at front was lovely, but the guy was totally rude and condescending. Will never return.
