Beachcomber Hot Tubs & Patio

My husband and I bought a hot tub last Spring and couldn't be happier with our purchase and the service. We LOVE our hot tub and are extremely pleased with the customer service. Steve, Glen and Gary are super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't try to up sell and weren't at all pushy. They're always happy to answer questions and it's always nice to see them when I pop in for supplies.

Only popped in once looking for a part to repair my hot tub. I've repaired and helped repair lots of hot tubs over the years so I had a good idea of what I needed. The staff didn't seem very interested in helping me assuming they didn't have that part available and kind of rushed me out the door.. I think this was an isolated incident the store is very well kept and had a nice selection of BBQ's, Smokers and of course Hot Tubs. I drove to another hot tub shop in the city and the staff there immediately offered to order in the part and even pulled one from another tub to help me through the weekend.

We purchased our hot tub from Bill at Beachcomber Sherwood Park back at the end of November. Bill was very knowledgeable and patient with us in finding one that would work for our budget and needs and explain all our unanswered questions about hot tubs. They were having a sale on most of the models and ended up taking the 578 SE with a few upgrades and custom finish. Glen, Steve and Bill have been extremely helpful with helping us understand and diagnose our tub when problems occur or worry sets in about making sure all the levels for our water are perfect. We've also received warranty work as one of our lights started to malfunction within the first few months and it was actioned very promptly by their service department. Would highly recommend to friends and family, they're a great team!

Lots of products, but very expensive. The appearance and hygiene of the salesperson that helped me was less than stellar.

Very friendly and speedy service. When I walked in the sale person immediately stopped talking to his coworker, greeted me, and then almost ran to the back to grab parts I needed. Awesome customer service, will most definitely be coming back.
