Staples Fort Saskatchewan

I recently ordered business cards through Canva and selected in-store pickup at Staples Fort Saskatchewan. I received the notification email that my order was ready, so I went to the store to pick it up.nnWhen I arrived, I asked a young employee about my order. Instead of checking the pickup bin, I was asked to wait for someone else to assist me. A second employee then came over and asked about my request. I explained that I was there to pick up an online order. He checked a folder, couldn't find it, and then asked me to wait while he searched the computer system. After approximately 8 minutes, both employees were still unable to locate the order and appeared unsure of the process.nnFortunately, an experienced employee later approached me and asked if I had been helped. I explained the situation, and within moments she checked the pickup bin and found my order immediately. It had been there the entire time.nnMy frustration is not that a mistake was made, mistakes happen. What disappointed me was the lack of initiative and basic troubleshooting before assuming the order was missing. The more experienced employee resolved the issue in less than a minute by checking the most obvious place first.nnI appreciate the help from the senior staff member, but I hope additional training is provided so customers can receive efficient service and avoid unnecessary delays.

Thank you to Cheryl in the Fort Sask Staples for going above and beyond to make things right on a photo print order. The first prints had issues and after an initial curt response, she called me to say she had found a way to fix the printing and the photos were ready to go. Great customer service!

ordered four 4x6 photos; a week later they still aren't ready, contacted their help service desk and it takes 2 business days to get back - for god's sake I should've just done same day photo or done it through walmart, what an absolute waste of time

Went there last night to try office chairs , and went back today to buy one , Hailey was an absolute delight, very knowledgeable and kind . 10/10 for sure .
