The Brick - Fort Saskatchewan

Nice place to shop, they horner there warrantys and will haggle prices with you. Only problem I have is with the quality of the products they sell, which is poor to mediocre.

We purchase all our furniture, appliances, and bbqs from here. Marcus is incredibly knowledgeable on all their products and services. We always purchase the warrantee package. I've only had to use the warrantee once and was very satified with a full value exchange.

Really wish I read the reviews before coming here. Sales people and Manager are very miss leading in their description of policies until AFTER you pay. Then you are stuck with someone you spent money on and can't sleep on. Just stay away from the Brick in general. Definitely lost a customer and will be sharing my experience locally.

Bought a mattress at there midnight madness sale. Got a call to pick it up at the store. Went in to pick it up and they say they don't have it and they dont know where it is. First they tried to sell me the next model up . Next tried to pawn off a previously experienced mattress that was returned. Next thing they try and give me a lower end mattress. The management at this store are morons. Don't waste your time or hard earned money at this store .
