Top notch! Above and beyond customer service from Maggie in the garden centre. She was more than helpful and was very knowledgeable on the plants. She proceeded to load the carts for me and even went as far to help me load my truck. Maggie deserves a raise! It’s hard to come by quality customer service these days and she’s an exceptional woman!

Save yourself the hassle I wanted to price match with another store… KMS tools. Needless to say the staff had no power to do it. I offered that we should call the store together, no dice. I showed the exact add which has Minimum Advertised Price was the same as HD so obviously their price was lower… no dice. Why does it have to be so hard? Save the hassle just go straight to KMS tools. Yes I’d like a manager to call me.

Not one of these useless self-serving children had any interest in asking me if I needed a hand or even acknowledged I was in the store. If I were to guess I would say there were no less than 30 employees in the store and if there were 5 customers I would be surprised. This isn't the only place I shop and this is definitely a trend. What a bunch of useless kids. This is the direction these box stores are headed. Never mind what this says about these useless pay collectors. What does it say about management? How about the franchise owner. This place is a joke. If you do not know what you need, find a friend who does because these people clearly do not care.

I had a very negative experience with the Fort Saskatchewan Home Depot. I have been a loyal customer for close to 10 years now. However, I purchased a shed from this Home Depot in May with an estimated delivery of June 1st 3-4 days later. After following up 3 times in person each time I was promised a call to follow up, and I never received a call I’m very disappointed with the customer service. Rona has a perfect shed in stock for me as well as gave me a discount for purchasing it. I will always be taking my business elsewhere in the future.nnI would like to mention that Melissa was very helpful on the last time I visited. The Home Depot system would not let her refund me. So she called them and spent over an hour on the phone working to get me a refund. Which is also a ridiculous amount of time for me to wait in store for a simple refund on an order Home Depot could not fill. I would urge anyone who is looking to order from them to take your business to another company that will actually get you the product you paid for.nnI will be happy to provide more detail if you reach out.
