Canadian Tire

Purchased and had 4 all weather tires put on and when I got home one tire was partially flat. Returned for service the next day and they said the leak was due to a faulty valve which they replaced. Drove to Saskatoon and the tire was flat again the next day. Took it to a Canadian Tire in Saskatoon who said the tire had a split in the wall and couldn't be repaired and a $40 installation fee for labor would be levied, Fair enough. Passed this information on to the Fort location who stated they too would apply the $40 fee for installation regardless if the tire was bad when it was bought and installed originally. Go figure. Unfortunately this type of service and competence has become common place at this particular Fort Sask Canadian Tire in the past. Once the Canadian Tire opens on Manning I suspect this business will eventually close. This service was rated a 1 vice 0 only because it couldn't be posted without selecting at least a 1.

I took my NISSAN Rogue and got Great service and very efficient. Also recieved excellent price for winter tires and wheels; much better than going to Nissan dealer.

This store has the worst return policy of any store I have ever dealt with. I have lived in Fort for over 10 years and had multiple issues with trying to return things at the store. I even had an in-store credit for an item I'd return without a receipt and then when I went to use the in-store credit over a year later they said it had expired. My understanding was that gift cards and store credits like this do not expire in Alberta and it is illegal for them to say it does. They kept the item I had returned and I got no money for it. I refuse to buy anything at the store that has any potential of returning. Also because of how they have treated me, I do my best not to do any shopping here at all. If they keep operating in this manner, they will eventually go out of business because the alienate the majority of their customers. I plan on making a complaint to both corporate Canadian Tire as well as Alberta corporate and consumer affairs regarding the in-store credit.

10 out of 10 for service with a smile , often a line to pay and not always everything in stock BUT still a 100% on people service , always good with returns too !

Went in and bought $80 worth of stuff and did not swipe my points card. Had to go back in for another purchase I forgot worth $4. Asked to have previous purchase swiped and cashier would not. Said I had to return everything and buy it again to get the points. This is stupid- other places just add them. I will not go there again!
