My daughter needed a pair of sandals for the next day so I drove as fast as I could to Payless after work and got there 5 minutes before they closed. As soon as we walked in the girl yelled at us that we had 5 minutes to shop! She really needed those so we went as fast as we possibly could. 5 minutes passed and she was now deciding between 2 pair when the same girl came to us and asked if I was going to buy those right away? I asked for 2 more minutes explaining that she really needed those for the next day and she replied" No I can't give you that"! I looked at her and said" you can't give me 2 minutes"? Without giving me any reason as to why, she proceeded to tell us we had to leave now. Not only were they not helpful, they were extremely rude!!!! Who does that?! My poor 6 year old is in tears by that point..... needless to say I won't be going there again!!!!
Had a great experience, the clerk knows her stock, and got me what I needed quickly and to add to that it was all on sale!
