This isnt in regards to an in store service. But after an online purchase and I called to Reitmans call center. Called in multiple times after online purchases. And absolutely terrible customer service on their call in number. One lady actually put me on hold to get rid of me and just left me on hold,and her superviser refused to speak with me after I called back to complain.
