Walmart Supercentre

Just went through the checkout I only had one item the cashier, her name tag said Laura never made eye contact, never said how are you today or even hi. Didn’t even tell me how much my purchase was, walked away from the till while I was using my debit card. I had to wait for to come back to get my receipt she came back, grabbed the receipt put it on the counter did not even say goodbye or have a nice day, wow customer service has gone downhill. Maybe she’s having a bad day but that doesn’t give her the right to treat me like I wasn’t even there. After all I choose to go to the till instead of self serve in support of cashiers keeping their jobs.

Just like most family's we are having to be very conscience of the price of groceries and have found ourselves routinely coming to Walmart for their better pricing on a lot of products but one that we have been routinely very disappointed in is Walmarts Chicken. My wife checked again today, looking at the fresh wings in the meat section hoping they would be better then the Thighs and Drums that we have stopped buying from Walmart as I spend a hour every time plucking out and cleaning feathers off the chicken and the Wings were covered in feathers. The Chicken Legs specifically are coming with a big chunks of skin/fat on the underside completely full of feathers that I literally have to cut away. In one pack of Legs I'm throwing away about half a pound of what I have paid for and this has happened multiple times so we have had to stop buying Walmart Chicken completely.

Not very trustworthy for online grocery orders. I’ve order maybe 10 times and 2 of the orders have been delayed/cancelled with no communication. Went in to pick up the order an hour late even though they said on the phone it be ready in 15 mins and they tell me the order has been now been cancelled because they are running behind schedule. Drive the hour home and they can text at 9:30 order is ready for pick up… terrible communication

So went to pick up my grocery order from Walmart got home and they were missing my cheese 20 dollars worth. So I called to let them know and to see if I could possibly pick it up tomorrow. Got transfered 3 times. Getting frustrated... the manager finally gets on and says are you close? Yes I am, but I'm not coming tonight im in my pjs. She says OK we will send someone over to your house with your cheese.nThey show up with the cheese, extra ice cream for the kids I mentioned I needed the cheese for and a twenty dollar gift card . I'm baffled but very happy.

Mathew in electronics was amazing. For a young assistant, he was knowable in TV's and was able to help us pick a good TV that fit our budget.
