Not sure who I spoke to at the printing department but the manager and staff are incredible!nI ordered a welcome sign for my bridal shower and it was taking a bit longer than expected, I called and spoke to the lovely gentleman who with the approval of management reached out to the printing hub and made sure to expedite my order.nThankfully, the printing hub was able to accommodate and push my order up so that I can receive it sooner.nThey are so kind, patient and helpful, thank you so much for saving my shower!!!

We just had my photo taken , and the staff here in this is branch are the best. The lady with long pink locks i forgot to ask for her name accommodated us warmly and guided us through the whole process. Her customer service is exemplary. i just hope this commendation reaches her to make her aware that she is very much appreciated and to encourage her to keep on doing what she’s doing. Its making a visit to staples an enjoyable one. We highly recommend this branch.

0 Customer service. The younger girl with split died blonde/black hair has no understanding of customer service. 0 greeting or friendly service to be seen. Not even a hello how can I help you, she literally just scanned my items and said “NEXT” lol.

This has been my experience consistently at this location and today I chose to bring this in Black and White. I usually visit for returns, and the interactions often feel very cold and unwelcoming — basic courtesy, or willingness to help. The staff’s manner comes across as though assisting customers is a favour rather than part of their role. I cannot say whether this behaviour is directed at me specifically or if it is the same with everyone! I am planning to go somewhere else and not this location going forward.

I stopped in the Staples earlier today to have a design printed. Unfortunately I did not use the greatest software and it caused a lot of problems in making them fit on the business card ! Charley was fantastic. She used phenomenal problem-solving skills and made everything work perfectly.
