From the moment she greeted me, she was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. I never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, she took the time to answer my questions, offer thoughtful recommendations, and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable.nnTo top it all off, Mathy and Margaret at the cash were just as warm, welcoming, and friendly. The entire team made me feel like a valued customer from start to finish.nnIt’s rare to come across a team that clearly takes so much pride in what they do. I had a fantastic experience here and left as a very happy customer. The Manager was genuinely pleasant, attentive, and took the time to truly listen to my needs. Thanks to their guidance, I walked away with the perfect solution—buying exactly what I needed instead of just what I thought I wanted. The staff is super friendly and added to the whole experience. I usually dislike shopping, but this experience was seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend them!

Every time i have shopped at this location i have always received fantastic customer service. Sometimes you feel guilty sending an employee back for another size shoe but they offer to do it before i even ask. 5 star experience!

Had a terrible experience today, I needed new shoes. I have big feet so I pulled 3 pairs off the wall and waited several minutes for an employee to finally come and scan them to tell me that they didn't have them in my size. I repeated the process again and waited even longer to be told that no size 11 was available. I was then told to buy mens shoes, I left and wont be back. This place sucks!

Walked in today with my son. Not even 5mins after entering, I walked on a massive Nail used for anti stealing they will put on clothes. It literally went through the rubber of my boots!!!! Thankfully I had my BIG boots that day and it was me not my son who has running shoes on at that moment.nI went at the front angry to give it to them and the girl at cashier seems careless with no emotion of what just happened. I was DOUBLE PISSED!! I should sue them for neglecting.
