Sport Chek Alliston Mills Shopping Centre

I wish I could give zero stars. There is never anyone to give you service in the shoe department. It’s so frustrating. Last week I was at the store. A customer asked me about a brand of shoe. She had been waiting for someone to show up. I told her that she would have to go find the staff if she wanted help as they will not come to you. This is a major problem with this store. You can see the people working there but they don’t go out to help their customers! February 2018.

I was sent down from the barrie store for a specific hockey stick I wanted to purchase for my son. They did not have the stick in stock rather they had a broken stick. The nice clerk told me the broken returns show up as good inventory. When I asked about another stick that appeared through their in store sign to be on sale it was not. The clerk expressed frustration that they would not take the sign down as it is misleading. Frustrating experience so I would not recommend.

Happy they are now carrying more women's casual wear, an area not previously well served in Alliston

Excellent junior trade in program , 15℅ military discount. Customer service went above & beyond today ( looked up missing receipt and made sure our son got the best deal for sizes her needed) well done!
