Sport Chek Alliston Mills Shopping Centre

Walked in today with my son. Not even 5mins after entering, I walked on a massive Nail used for anti stealing they will put on clothes. It literally went through the rubber of my boots!!!! Thankfully I had my BIG boots that day and it was me not my son who has running shoes on at that moment.nI went at the front angry to give it to them and the girl at cashier seems careless with no emotion of what just happened. I was DOUBLE PISSED!! I should sue them for neglecting.

went in to buy my partner shoes while he's literally in the hospital the hospital lost them...awesome anyway the young man who helped me was nice enough and said I could order the size I needed online and sent me the email to do it. I tried 3 times that evening and twice this morning, and it won't work, it crashes out every time and says there is a 'system error'. I don't drive, and things are really stressful atm so it would have been incredibly helpful if their service WORKED when they offered it to people. This has NOT been the first time this type of thing has happened.

Hi there! I’ve been to this exact sport check over 2 times and every time I’ve bought something they left the tag like the type of tag the makes the alarm go off when you leave and when I left they told me it was fine the people at the front desk and I had to cut it out of my brand new ankle brace/clothes etc. Other than the people at the cashier there were 2 workers who were very sweet and helpful! It’s like the workers there are so focused on chatting amongst each other they forget to do there job.

This store used to have good selection, with lots of team gear for all the Toronto teams, a large selection of slides and flip flops. Now the store feels like the most after thought sport check there could be, one small rack of slides and flip flopsin May and all the team gear is just random left overs from when they used to be a good store. Very disappointing
