Sold me a phone that I was told would suit my purposes. Within 2 months there was no enough space on the phone for it to download the update to the software to run it. I had no apps, no photos, etc. They agreed they made a mistake and sold me a new phone (Moto G) that would suit my business purposes, so they said. Turns out this phone is well known to not ring, miss calls, freeze, turn off randomly on it's own, etc. It is GARBAGE. I took it back to the Mobile Shop who said they would put me in a tiny little old S4. No thank you. So I'm stuck paying $400+ for this garbage phone that you CAN'T USE AS A PHONE. Outrageous. I highly recommend you skip the Mobile Shop and go direct to your provider, where they can take care of you and will take your phone back if it's defective or offer you a reasonable replacement option.
