Dollarama

I never make it out of the store with just the one thing I needed. I love the seasonal displays and the everyday deals. Alliston has always had helpful and friendly staff. Sadly, not all stores have the same sense of commitment and customer service.

Worst dollarama ever. I’ve had a handful of issues with this SPECIFIC store since moving to Alliston, but the worst one is me buying a gift card on Sat, they gave me a new card and now me finding out from my friend who I gave the card too that the card is no good.nWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE number one, and number two you stole my money!!!!nI will do everything in my power to make sure that no one I know or talks too EVER shops here.

This Dollarama is large and centrally located in Alliston.nnIt is next to a convenience and liquor store, so is a great stop for cocktail party essentials.nnOtherwise, the stock is standard, if not slightly more skewed towards cottage country. I would recommend this location.

I was at your store today. I was served by a very nice gentleman with an accent tall dark hair he was very pleasant. When asking for assistance from another employee was ignored., the woman was rude, overweight and had over plucked eyebrows for descriptive purposes. The woman was rude to her coworker and ignored him three times when he asked her for help to void an item. When I told her that she had asked her three times for assistance and she was ignoring her. She then proceeded to tell me that I was rude when she was being extremely rude.. to not only myself a customer, but her fellow coworker. If I go back to this store and this woman is still employed, I will purchase nothing ever again. whether she was just in a bad mood or needed a serious attitude adjustment people like this should not be your representatives at the cash.. lady if you do not like your job, then quit because it shows.

Well it's not a dollar store anymore. It's the hundred dollar store...but lots of merchandise that is cheaper than retail stores and a variety of merchandise as well. The one stop shop...
