This was my worst case experience of my life. Customer service was really bad at this store! I bought a shoe from this store and when I returned it, I never received the money back! When I approached them they said they cannot do anything and asked me to call customer care! Ironically, they made the original transaction with some other card and returned the money in that old card. Also, my 5 year old daughter started crying as she wanted to use washroom, they said water is over in washroom and you cannot use the washroom, but washroom was okay! They do not have any heart! Really bad experience. We will never go in this store, they cheated my money and the behavior was not human when they denied my 5 old daughter to use washroom
Very disappointed with Mark's online ordering system. I placed an order this morning to be picked up at the alliston location. I was then notified that the order would not be ready for 4-6 days. What is the point of ordering online for store pick up if I have to wait 6 days anyways. So now that I'm aware that I have to wait upto 6 days for this order, I called to try to cancel it. I was then told that I cannot cancel the order because you only allow for 1hr after the order has been placed to cancel it. This is an absurd policy/system that needs to be changed! So now you've taken my money and refused to cancel/refund the order. I want my order cancelled and refunded immediately. And I'll take my business elsewhere.
There's some great end of season deals to be had
Always come here for work Clothes and boots. Great quality items and helpful staff. We've had to return faulty pants in the past with no questions asked. They replaced them right away. I would highly recommend this place for your work items you may need.
Well what more can I say about my favorite store. Best bang for my money. Very good quality . They back thier product . They have great sales . Today the sales rep lady pointed out a great sale I walked by. She knew here store well, and match me up with what I was looking for very nice. Thank you.
Went into Mark's and bought a pair of new boots worst customer service from the cashier Danielle I said thank you 3 times not once she said your welcome it people like her that give business a bad name not even thank for your business I understand if it was busy out the door maybe 3 people in the whole store you try to support local businesses but people like her is what shuts them down. Not good at all....
Bought my work boots from here & let me tell you that I've never been so happy about something such as work boots but they are AMAZING as well as completely waterproof breathable membrane and it's actually the truth
I went looking for a coat after Christmas sales but the prices were still way higher than I was willing to pay. The quality and selection are good, staff is well trained and seem perfessional.
Went there to purchase a spring jacket. I was there for 30 min looking through the jackets and no one approached me to help. The girl at the checkout did say hello which is why I didn't give one star.
Horrible they would not accept two of my discounts one being on my corporate voucher. Was not interested in arguing even though I know they do. Scammers
