Had the best experience at this store. Genevieve is an absolute gem. Not only is she friendly and professional but she knows her stuff. I had a list of product I needed to find and she helped me through my list. I know right now customer service and retail are hurting for reliable employees so having her representing your company is a huge asset.

Good store, Customer service would be my only complaint, mainly at auto parts. The cause is mainly due to a lack of employees, a problem everywhere. I like the app and it identifies where items are in the store. Auto parts prices online aren't always accurate.

This was our first time at this Canadian Tire location. We had great experience , whole staff was very helpful and courteus. Riley supervisor was so great. We were buying the ice skates for my 5 year old for the first time. She helped us thru out the process . This was my best customer service experience in Canada so far.

Very unprofessional, sat there and watched the employees at customer service giggle and laugh with each other for over 5 minutes all while some customer is waiting to be served in line. Telling each other they will report the other one to their "manager" absolutely unprofessional behavior in a work place. Employees should leave the games at home as customers have business to take care of.

Waited over three hours for a simple oil change & tire change over, not to mention with a new baby in hand. I was told to come to the desk to pay because my vehicle was ready…. They hadn’t even started it at the 3 hour mark….

I called ahead of time and asked if they were selling ornament hooks. I was told they were. I came all the way from barrie. I could not find them myself and I asked a really nice and professional employee who checked for me, he went to ask the costumer service lady what she could’ve been referring too and instead of showing him or correcting her mistake she argued with him and said they were selling them. They were not. Waste of time.

Tanya in Party City section Canadian Tire I went to Canadian Tire today to see if they could fill the ballon's I needed for my kids birthday party the next day and, it was a task that slipped my mind. I was in a jam and Tanya was working and made the balloon bouquets amazing! She made them right up for me and even stayed a few minutes late to finish them off and helped me to my car. Tanya went above and beyond today, she's a company asset and has amazing customer service skills. Thank you Tanya for helping out a momma and making her kids birthday party even more special.

We shop at the one in Alliston and there is a lady that works there Barb , she’s very kind and very helpful. Excellent customer service.

The store overall is clean and the staff are friendly. However we did not have a good experience when purchasing batteries a couple of months ago, we had to return a few times to get everything cleared up. Last weekend we did not get much assistance when in need of DEF. No feedback on other store availability or on when to expect a shipment.

I'm Beyond Disgusted and Disappointed at this Canadian tire i went there looking for help as my back tire was completely flat on the rim flat and I got told at the parts customer service that the man is to Busy to even help me and to book an appointment for the next day and that it would be over 300$ to replace my valve stem on my tire so the only thing I could Do was to try and buy an air pump to try and fix my flat tire myself. To get get myself back home. Unfortunately the air pump I purchased did not help actually just made it worse. As a woman now feeling helpless and lost I ask if they could help even put my spare tire on and again they were to "busy "'to help me so here I was. As a woman and customer at a Canadian TIRE having to put my spare tired on myself in the parking lot to even just make It home I'm so thankful for the man that came over to help me and also was very disappointed with your customer service You guys should be a shamed of yourself I will never do any Service with you guys ever again Do better!! Also I went down the road and got My tire fix for 20$ NOT 300$ You guys are ridiculous!
