Really bad customer service. One cashier tells you to you can refund the product and when you bring it back they tell you it's non refundable. Be extra careful buying products here. It's even more upsetting when they lie to you to sell their merchandise. We will not be purchasing anything from this store anymore. I asked the cashier when I was buying the jacket that if I don't like it could I return it she said yes if it's not worn you can . Please always read fine print on your receipt cause that's how they embarrass you and go back on their words .
Husband bought $100 gift card and was given 5 x $20 off cards for gift cards over $50. Ardenes is refusing to honor them online . Their store is closed. Also their complimentary $20 discount cards expire before the store opens again and Ardenes told me they refuse to extend gift cards. As usual the service here sucks
Store is no longer there but not updated on maps hence a very disappointed daughter.
Refusing to let a 5 year old who is dancing because she needs to pee from from using your bathroom is just bad customer service. Screw your store policy, if it wouldn’t have been so embarrassing for her I would have just let her pee all over your store so you and your policy would have had to clean it up.
Always loved the clothes and shoes. Great price, staff is very friendly and helpful.
