The employees at Round Lake UPS  are very helpful and nice. I never have any issues when I send things out. I have used other locations and but prefer this location.

Horrible experience! I just can not believe how rude they are! PLEASE do not use this store!

Horrible service. 
Decided to close on a Friday without notifying customers beforehand. Simply stuck a sign in the window saying "We'll be closed today for remodeling". Was it an "emergency" remodel? Who knows??
When asked about it, simply gave a condescending "I understand" as a response to customer's frustrations. The very definition of unprofessional. 
What kind of business closes without notifying customers? The kind that doesn't care about the inconveniences it provides. Guess it's back to the post office and FedEx/Kinkos for me!!

Went into this location to mail 2 different documents.

The gentleman behind the counter had to reprint the ticket 3 times after I corrected numerous mistakes. 

Spelling 
No attention to 
Wrong address 

Everything was written down for the gentleman. 

Please double check your packages. Other than that service was friendly.
