It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Bob and B & G Bike Shop... Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous... Top notch customer service... We recently purchased a Sun Trike, soon after we added the E-Bike Kit, which B & G installed for us... Great product, professional installation... Very happy with the results... We highly recommend B & G Cycle !

The best bike shop I have dealt with in years. They listen to what you THINK you need and want and then guide you, the customer, to the right bike. A family run business that understands and values customers. I HIGHLY recommend seeing them for your new bike, a tune-up on your current bike, or just to browse....This is my bike shop!!!!

Needed a copy of my sales receipt to resale my bike and the staff was happy to send a copy to me by mail. Purchased 2 bikes from them and both are been great bikes. Recommend this bike store and they give excellent customer service.

I was in the area visiting family and looking for a gift for my nephew. Although I didn't purchase anything that day, I did receive very helpful service. I plan on purchasing a gift for my nephew from them as the occasion nears, they have even been really helpful with all my questions via email. Its hard buying a great gift so many miles away!

It is a shame to have to rate this shop down for one employee, but I think she is a co-owner. She's kind of chunky and can be unpleasant and condescending, and doesn't have much technical knowledge. Their prices on accessories and basic things like inner tubes are quite high, so I don't shop here often. The older male co-owner (original owner?) is a super nice guy; I wish he ran the shop and would send Little Miss Chunky Monkey home, and hire a pleasant cyclist to help him with customer interactions. I would rate this shop as 'good'. Not great, not terrible either. They seem to have expanded their hours recently, which is a big help. I don't recall them being open until 7 PM at all, or having Sunday hours.
