It's easy and rewarding for all to buy local when you get the service you get from Lucy's. My husband and I went in for a washer after ours went kaput. We were greeted warmly and immediately. We were shown a few models and finally settled on our original front-loading choice after considering options and prices. They took our time with us, but we were out within 1/2 hour of arrival. We felt we got a fair price , we set up delivery for tomorrow, and we got all the information we needed in order to get additional rebates. Our rebate forms were even filled out for us! Thank you so much. It's not our first purchase with Lucy's and I love that they always make us feel that buying local is the way to go!

Third generation family-owned, local business with 85 year history in the community...plenty of historical photos on the walls to prove it! They were knowledgeable, honest folks that treated you with respect and listened to your needs. We were given good info to make a well informed decision. We were replacing a very old 1950's wall oven, well past its prime, and meeting this challenge with a fine upgrade that needed to fit the space without a Major remodeling of the kitchen. They install & service what they sell too. 👌

This is the kind of business that reminds you of the way things used to be in this country. Long before the big box stores and the Discounters there were little stores like this did you bought your stuff from. I buy all my appliances from Lucy's. Prices are competitive and they have a price match guarantee anyways. To be honest I don't look around simply because I've always got great deals here and I would rather support a local business than a big box store. Funny thing is, I'm not buying a washing machine every three years or dryer every four years or refrigerator every 5 years. Everything I bought on their recommendation has been running in my house for at least 10 years. That's because there's good brand names there, like GE, Amana, Whirlpool and Maytag.

I don't normally write reviews, but after working with the owners of this firm several months back, I must. I live in Kenosha, WI and was intent on getting a new washer and dryer. I spoke through my issues and was sure I needed a new set. The owners persuaded me to try a few things first; and I'm glad I did. They saved me $2000 !!!!! I did need a minor repair and Lucy's got me in touch with an expert who was also very affordable. I couldn't more highly recommend Lucy's.

Needed a washer ASAP. I called Lucy's and Dan Lucy did everything over the phone. Prices were competitive and it's nice to do business with a locally owned company. Same day delivery and the delivery men were quick, efficient and professional. Thank you Dan.
