Boston Pizza

There's something amazing about having to wait twenty minutes after you've finished a meal and stocked the plates to get a water refill. Of course the bar area was also less than 50% full and I was at a table of two. The food was fine, a Boston Pizza standard. The service was trash. When there's barely anyone there and four waitresses standing being the bar at any given time it's truly amazing to have that poor of an experience.

I've only been a few times, Each experience has been alright, other than last night at this particular location, As I had ordered a bunch of food and drinks with my friends. In the very beginning our drinks took over 30 minutes to get to our table, Then shortly after eating my chicken wings I had bit right into and a bug had fallen out of my wing I did not even get to take a picture because our server when showing her had grabbed the plate right out of our hands and went to the kitchen. As I was extremely disgusted to see such a thing I have never experience before it was safe to say I no longer wanted to finish any of my meals or appetizers which I was going to take home with me but then decided not to. We had asked for the manager which then the "Owner " had come to our table of the location, Which didn't deal with the matter so kindly. He was quit rude and didn't even give us a second to speak about the matter that had been going on. He only took the wings off our bill, when we had ordered so much more than that which we did not finish because of the matter. I do not recommend going to this location only because things like this shouldn't happen but do unfortunately, which I understand as a consumer. But when being dealt with in such a manner, It should have been deal with much differently in my opinion.

We've always considered Boston Pizza to be fairly family + kids friendly...until our latest experience with this location. We came here for dinner with our friends last night, all of us have young kids (

I hate this location! Terrible service and food is disgusting, pizza was very greasy and the oil they use for their pans to put the pizza in is very old because you can taste it in the pizza. The salads are the worst salads I've ever had!! Very very old, soggy, wilted, the salad leafs were yellow not green and the tomatoes were colourless, they probably use year old produces! I feel bad for people that go here and spend their money.
