I just had my first experience at this office today and I am so happy that I did! Friendly staff, Dr. Allison was great with my cat and was very helpful in making sure that I understood her diagnosis and prescription information. Her and the rest of the staff were very thorough and kind. I will definitely be switching the rest of my pets over to this office, and highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

the staff are courteous and friendly they are also kowledgeable and work with you to diagnose/treat your pet. if they cant gelp you they will help you find someone who can.

I only went there once it was pretty good can't really give you much information cuz I really did just go once after that we moved so I switch vets

I've been to a lot of vets in Ottawa over the years, and many are only interested in tugging on your heartstrings so they can rip you off with unnecessary tests and procedures. That's not the case with St. Laurent Animal Hospital. I would recommend Dr. Kral to anyone looking for honest, quality care for their pet.
