Our 14yo puppy was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer. There are very delicate and helpful.

I tried calling the clinic many times. My dog ​​is in a very bad condition and could die any minute. All they could do for 2 days it just book regular appointment in week. They do not have urgent places, which is very bad. I think the management in this clinic is poorly organized. I know that very good specialists work there, but the management organization is very bad for urgent cases.

Pricing is better than vets in Ontario, so we were willing to travel a little further to this establishment. Recently,, they we're not able to take us for a kennel cough shot despite the fact that Dasher was being kenneled within 2 weeks and that he had been a patient there for many years. They could only offer an appointment 2 month into the future. We had to go elsewhere.

I went there for a small emergency for my puppy, they had no vet on site as she or he was on vacation for a month and even under normal circumstances they wouldn't have seen him. So what's the point of labelling your business "Hospital" if they don't take emergcy cases outside of static client list. Extremely misleading, I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere.

All the staff that work there are kind and helpful. I have searched for a vet for a very long time. Dr Deak is the best and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Kim

We called in for an emergency appointment and were scheduled 1 hour after our call. Our cat was not doing so well but everyone at the clinic was very nice to us and very helpful. They went out of their way to make sure she was comfortable as well as the owners. The team was professional and knowledgeable. Thank you to the team for ensure the well being of our cat. Caring, friendly staff, from reception, vet techs to Vets. Doing an excellent job, especially under demanding circumstances. Their dedication & hard work is much appreciated.

Ive recentlyhad to change my review because im quite disappointed in this place. I have been coming here for years and spent a lot of money seeing as i buy food for all my pets from here. They are always out if stock and today I rushed here because I desperately needed to pick up some food seeing as they sold me a case ofvthe wrong one and I show up 1 minute before closing just as they were locking up and refused to serve me. That to me is very poor customer service. I think it's time to bring my business elsewhere unless I receive an apology from them.
