I went there, office personnel were professional.
But Dr. Polina of Blue Water Pain Specialist right away said My Surgeon and other pain management Dr's did me great disservice ( harmful actions) by perscribing pain medication.
That I was a addict and needed to go through detox!!
I am heading in my 3rd back surgery!!
Most importantly every Surgery, was stop me from going paralyzed. That means that my Phenomenal Surgeon saved my ability to walk three times now.
I'm in severe pain & permanently disabled. Since 1st surgery I was under close supervision by my Dr's...
None of my other Dr's ever heard of such thing.
I explained I was carefully watch by my Physicians.. He didn't want to here a single word my husband or I had to say!!
He doesn't treat people at my level severe pain! I even caught him talking about me as I left the room. Very unbecoming!!!! Very unprofessional!!!
Don't go here if you are in severe pain... They will not treat you at all. They will call you an addict as well. I was so offended by Dr.Polina

Came to the diagnostic imaging center for an ultrasound, there was a slight issue with the wrong person being booked, computer issues etc. but they straightened it out with no hassle to me. The appointment went great the tech was friendly and professional. A week out the report still hadn't been sent to my primary care physician, I called to confirm the report had been read by the radiologist and received horrible service. The lady that answered the phone had an attitude that started with asking me to spell my name, so you can imagine the rest of the phone call. She put me on hold and came back on to tell me it should have already been autofaxed to my PCP but she will send it again, and tried to get off the phone. I had to actually interrupt her rush to hang up and insist she verify the fax number the report was being sent to. This obviously prompted more of her attitude problem, but she still went ahead and verified the number for me... leaving out the area code. Overall very unprofessional and unfriendly and I am speaking as someone with past experience working for my PCP's office, then at Beaumont Corporate Business Office. The service at the appointment was great but I would contemplate going back knowing that this is what you have to deal with if there is any kind of problem, and the stress it causes as you are already waiting for your results.

We have came here 3 times for lab work for my 1 1/2 year old and 1st time they had to poke several times to find a vein which is hard I know but the next 2 times auntie lottie took care of us and she is so good with kids and gets it done so quick with 1 poke. So thank you to auntie lottie!

We had a bit of a wait for the pediatric urgent care but the staff were very friendly. I'm very satisfied.
