The best hospital ever, when I delivered my son, it was a case where no one was expecting him to live. And every person who came to visit us (nurses, managers and everyone) was extremely extremely nice and understandable. I know I gave them a hard time cause I didn't know what was best for my son but still everyone was very nice. In the E.R everyone is very nice too. My favourite hospital! Thank you very much, may God bless you all!

I was in the hospital just this month (July 2017) and could not have had better care. The nurses on my floor 28 where Amazing and the nurses aid I had Patricia, I loved her!! Tabitha was a younger nurse, so she doesn't have burn out, and would make me feel comfortable and kept telling me "if you need anything call me right away". The other nurses I had where just as fabulous I just can't remember all their names, just Jennifer and Rachael, but I would recommend then to you just don't be a pissy crab at them and they respect kindness & a good joke. The only thing is you have to be a women to be on that floor. I also have a nurse I'd like to bring attention to SHERYL EMERY RN. She is known through out the hospital as the sweetest most caring Nurse in the hospital just from word of other employees. My nurses, the transportation Dept and aids all love her. She works on oncology floor and can handle even the roughest, touchy, yelling upset cancer patients on her floor and never raise her voice or walks out on them. She gets the patients comfortable and does it with pure love for every person there. She is a wonderful Nurse and just because she's on Midnight's I think she is do some type of mention or bonus or free vacation from the hospital because she's so AMAZING.

I was brought in via ambulance a couple of weeks ago. From the moment I arrived EVERYONE that spoke to me and cared for me was thoughtful and kind. But I need to send special thanks to a team in your Nuclear Lab. Scott, Theresa, and Gary. They are angels. I still smile when I think about how knowledgeable and caring they were. It might sound crazy but I learned so very much, about myself, during the few hours with them. I was found to be in great health and hopefully I don't ever land up in the emergency room again. That said......I could not be more grateful for the people who took care of me at Henry Ford Macomb, 19 mile.

Seemed to want to get us in and out very quickly. Staff was abrupt and rude. Refused to give my fiance anything to calm her down before getting blood drawn (huge needle phobia). Never responded when she pressed the call button and specified that she was in pain. Got the date wrong on her note to miss work and wrote "school" instead of "work" like my fiance is a child.

I went to the E. R. when I was having trouble breathing. The staff there were really great. My nurse Roberta was very helpful and took awesome care of me. They were very fast and efficient. From check in to check out my experience there was top notch. I'm feeling much better now. Thank you Dr. Baumann,DO. for overseeing my care
