Henry Ford Macomb Health Center - Shelby Township

My family and I have gone here many times. We've always had great service and never had to wait long. The staff is nice and polite. I recommend using this facility when you don't need emergency room service and can't get in to see your private doctor right away.

Came in first with no one else in line and waited for such a long time. I had a ring on my finger that needed to be cut off and it took 5 people to come in and ask questions before they finally did it! I was in so much pain and my whole hand was purple and numb and I was afraid of losing my finger.

Very caring doctors and staff. The wait can be long, but that's to be expected in a walk in clinic where you don't have an appointment. Top notch Henry Ford care! Thank you.

I think this place takes great pride in making its patients wait for hours. I have been "burned" three times going there only to swear I will never return. Never seems to be many people there, but you can guarantee 2 hours wait when you walk through that door. No one is ever in a hurry or cares much about your problems.

Horrible wait once you get into the patient rooms, even longer wait to get discharge papers....still sitting here waiting for mine 32 minutes later
