Everyone was super friendly except the doctor they kept calling him “Dr. K”. He barely interacted with me, never explained his final diagnosis, and then sent me off with a weird treatment in my opinion for what was ailing me. I figured out what his final diagnosis was by reading the paperwork they gave me at discharge. I have had many good experiences here and would try again, but I’d hope I didn’t see “Dr. K” again.
Absolutely WORST place to go. I have never went there and not had a problem with them. They are rude also.
Polite and efficient for lab work and other testing. Results avail able on mychart in a few hrs

My doctor sent my son here for STAT chest X-ray and blood work. He has had 3 negative Covid PCR and rapid tests, negative influenza A & B 2x and they still told me that was not good enough even though his doctors specifically instructed us to come here and we arrived with 1/2 hour of being instructed. To say I was frustrated is putting it lightly. 2 weeks…2 weeks my son has been sick, and we were refused tests as doctor instructed! They were no help, just “sorry”…Today they lost my trust! I will never come here again, despite being a patient since they opened!
Your procedures and cleaning routines made me feel safer coming into the clinic. The doctor was very knowledgeable and had an excellent bedside manner. The front office staff were welcoming and friendly. I will definitely come back!
My husband and I both went there to have our blood drawn on Monday morning. It was very well organized and the staff were very friendly. The person who drew our blood was excellent. Both of us were registered and our blood drawn within about 35 min.
There was a lot of people when we first arrived. Front desk assured it would go fast. The two ladies at front desk were very nice and helpful. Two of us were waiting to be seen and we were in and out in a little over an hour. They had two doctors on staff. The doctor we seen was very nice and knowledgeable. They also gave my family hot cocoa and cheez its while we waited. This kept my kids happy.
The gals at the reception desk were not very friendly. They did not speak loudly enough or make good eye contact to connect with me as a patient. I felt I was more of an annoyance to them than a person who needed medical help. The folks in the back were just the opposite. They were very patient with my fussy and ill 3 year old, and very clear with their instructions and questions. Over all it was a quick and pleasant experience for having been an urgent care visit.
Appointment system is useless. Waiting time is still 2 hours long
