Norm from Glacier took one look at my F150 and diagnosed the electrical problem in 5 minutes when the "other guys" couldn't figure it out! Wow. It's nice to deal with an ACTUAL certified mechanic rather than the uncertified guys the other shops hire.

I have had regular oil changes and also large mechanical jobs completed by Norm at Glacier Industrial Services.  He provides top notch service and is very accommodating with his schedule.  He is an exceptional mechanic and also provides great customer service.

I'll start with Coles Notes for a quick 'yay' or 'nay':

YAYYYYYYY!!!!!
1.  Listens to concerns 
2.  Honest 
3.  Understands budget and it works to achieve it 
4.  Get you back on the road quickly and with confidence 
5.  The owner (Norm) is funny!

Often times I am met with a wee bit of eyeball rolling when I visit a shop ( I know just enough about automotive mechanics to get myself in trouble )😳Norm was awesome with my list, after going through everything, he was honest about what I needed and did not. These guys could have worked on my Millie for weeks ( forgot to mention she's a 30-year-old camper van that is my home for the next few months of road tripping). They worked on what needed to be done to have a safe trip; some of my list was things that were simply cosmetic. Could've been fixed but to work with my budget, their advice was to put the money elsewhere. She is now purring like a kitten and even has improved gas mileage-that's big!

 During Millies visit, I saw everything from huge 1 ton HD Diesels to Quads, there may have been a coffee maker in there as well.....?  These days, it seems mechanic specialize in one or two things. Glacier Industrial Services is well named, as it seems there is a huge spectrum of jobs they can take on!

Thanks guys for giving my  girl a longer life .....and for lowering my mortgage rates!! Ha ha!

I WOSH I COULD LEAVE A 10 STAR REVIEW. I love the overall atmosphere and the commitment from the staff.

Over the bast 4 months I have constantly broke something on my Acura EL and every time I brake it I take it back to glacier because I know every time that I'm getting the best costumer service. Norm always seems happy to help and gets right to it. 

One time I wrecked my engine and he went out found another Acura El took the engine out and swapped it in 12 hours, if that's not showing how much they care I don't know what is. I will always keep coming back.
