SpringHill Suites by Marriott Hartford Airport/Windsor Locks

Awesome!! Totally wonderful experience. Down to everyone who worked there!! Everyone was kind, thoughtful, and work hard at making our stay enjoyable. The room was beautiful. Everything was clean and comfy. The beds, pillows, and blankets were soft and clean. The breakfast was fantastic and always coffee stocked up!I am not kidding this was great!! We even had to complement the desk clerks and manager and staff. We have stayed everywhere from here to FL and all over the country. I can't say enough we are so happy and impressed!! Thank you again and keep up the hard work!!Our new home away from home!! We are a Marriott family!!

Needed a hotel room that was close to my job on short notice, due to the snow storm on 01/04/2018. thanks for the room, rate per day, and the genuine hospitality I received while I was there. Sorry I don't remember the names of everyone there while I was staying, thx to all of the staff for helping me out!

Want a clean hotel near the airport that's easy to find? This is the place for you. In my opinion this location doesn't meet up to the usual high customer service standards of a Marriott Hotel. The front desk staff could stand a little more training. The rooms also seem to be lacking some of the very basic comforts you come to expect in a Marriott. But if you are just looking for some place clean, quite, and safe to sleep, then this is the place for you.

The price and front desk staff were great... but the room was not clean.. the toilet had marks in it.. the sheets were dirty.. the Windows and doors had so many marks on them.. Will def spend a little extra to stay at another hotel nearby.

Terrific location, right by airport, but very safe feeling. Interior and rooms were way better than expected for the price. The only negative was the pool was on the small size, but adequate as long as no more than 5 or 6 people are in it.
