I’ve been a La Quinta rewards member for years now. This location is just fine. Yes, there are renovations in progress. This is to bring us an even better stay. There are clear signs as to where to check-in, breakfast, etc. posted when you walk in. The room was spotless and quiet. Staff members were very courteous.

The Last Quinta offers very convenient accommodations for travellers using Bradley International Airport. It is directly across from a park and fly facility and offers very economical sleep park and fly packages. At the time of this review the facility is undergoing renovations and the front lobby is a converted guest room. The same is true for their breakfast room. None of this was made known during the online reservation process. Nonetheless, it was very well run, extremely clean and efficient.

Stayed here for 2 weeks on a business trip. Everything was nice and clean. Remodeled nicely. My only suggestion would be is they need to do something about the doors to the rooms. Maybe do something so they close slower.. (as silly as that sounds) They slam shut and are SO loud. I got woken up every time someone left their room.. Also would be nice if there were more hot food options for breakfast. Like eggs and bacon maybe..All they had was the waffle maker, cereal, juice, and yogurt. Not a big deal just would be a nice bonus. Other then that it was a great stay.

Spend the money and stay somewhere better. 5he hotel is in major renovations and as stated in an earlier review the front desk is in room 102 and breakfast in room 108 so there isn't much room in either. The parts of the room that were finished were not to bad but this hotel looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. The outside doors are propped open with cigarette butt cans since the card readers don't work and there is always a construction worker standing there smoking. My biggest complaint is that parking and the airport shuttle are not free but was an added $50 when we checked in. You hve to park in a gated i fly lot about 2 blocks down the road. The shuttle does not pick you up at the hotel but in this lot. The lady at the front room desk was very nice and the only reason I gave it 2 stars. So for $129 I got to stay at a torn up hotel and paid $50 for my free shuttle and parking.

Hotel room was mostly okay except that the top of the bed frame was covered in dust, we only got 2 towels (really? should be 3 minimum), and the bath tub was in serious need of re-chaulking. There were multiple layers peeling off it, which is really unacceptable. Everything else was fine though and the discount at the Outback was helpful.
