A few things could have been better. Need a power outlet beside the bed!!!! (My pet peeve!!!!) Pancakes were like rubber. Bananas were over ripe. There were rarely any cookies in the lobby. Smelled bad on 3rd floor hall way both days I was there. Staff was excellent though!

This is a typical express. Staff was nice. Room was clean. House keeping did a very good job. Over all, nice stay.

The front desk staff was very nice and informative. She made several suggestions about the airport area that were spot-on. The room itself needed remodeling.

Front desk attendant was on phone through entire check-in process of several guests. Room was dimly lit & smelled stale. There was no bedding for sofa-bed. Contacted front desk. Attendant said he was working alone, I would have to come down for it. There was broken glass & pills on the bathroom floor. The breakfast attendant must have been caught by surprise by the volume of guests. Out of coffee, sugar, biscuits for the gravy and the signature cinnamon buns. Disappointing HIE UPDATE: IHG has rejected my review citing "legally sensitive content" over broken glass & pills on the bathroom floor.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Only one person on staff when we checked in, but she was very accommodating, very helpful. Kids loved the pool, breakfast had great variety.
