Comfort Inn East Windsor - Springfield

My choice for the past 13 years. My wife discovered this gem in 2005. Mr. Patel and staff are superb inn-keepers. Brand new ,very clean hotel. Popular with the auto auction professionals.

We found stains on the sheets right after we checked in. The guy at the front desk was very nice, but we had checked in very late at night and the place was packed, so we knew it wasn't likely we would be able to move to a different room. We just asked for fresh sheets instead. He got then for us, but it took nearly twenty minutes because he had to find them in the basement and fold them. The whole place just seemed to be rundown and didn't look well maintained. Breakfast looked mediocre at best, so we ended up eating out. I'd stayed at this hotel a few years ago, and it was much better then, so I don't know what has happened in the last four years, but it has definitely gone downhill.

Prompt and professional service. Provided non-smoking room upon request. Clean and comfortable room. Good budget lodging.

A little dated but just fine for the price. I would definitely stay here again because it's so close to the airport.

Clean rooms, located conveniently off the hwy and near stores and restaurants. Staff was pleasant enough.
