Quality Inn

With all the hotels to choose from on RT 75 near the airport, choose someplace besides this one. Here for a New Year's party. Get into our room and the heat is turned OFF and the temp is 52 degrees. Took 5 hours with the heater turned to 85 to warm the room. Mind you, it is in the single digits outside. Have to keep the set at 80 degrees to keep the room comfortable. There is barely mildly warm water to shower in. The hallway has no heat. Some of the exit door are covered in ice. Supposedly, this property was renovated a couple months ago. Our room has stains on the walls (don't want to know what the red one is) as well as dust and dead flies on the floor. There are ceiling tiles in the hallway that have water stains. Went to to grab food and drinks in the restaurant. Service was slow as molasses and food was just okay. If it weren't so cold, we would have went to the BBQ place nearby. Our group was supposed to have a pool party but the indoor pool is not heated (actually, they neglected to turn the heater on). No breakfast available here and the coffee maker in the lobby doesn't work. If our NYE party wasn't here, I would not be here. Run as fast as you can from this place.

Their breakfast eggs and sausage is disgusting. The eggs are like fake eggs the cheapest you can get. I don't know what kind of sausage it is but it's the worst. And if you don't get there at 6:30 a.m. you may not get anything. A lot of people would stay there don't even bother with their breakfast. The room was freezing cold even if you put the heater on full blast. The menu they give you for take-outs is a Chinese restaurant that serves disgusting food. You would be better off to go eat at McDonald's. The bed was just okay.

The room needed updating, but was clean. My reason for rating a of 1 star is about procedure. I had checked in late, 2am and asked for a late check out, 12pm. I had left my luggage by the double locked, complete with latch room door. There was not a do not disturb hanger, and if housekeeping peeked through door and saw my belongings they would see someone is in the room and move on. Instead I awoke to some noises, and this man is in my room! I start screaming "What are you doing in here??" He apologizes and runs out! So I noticed he had a tool in his hand. So basically this man BROKE into my room!! I was scared awake! Called the front desk, they apologized, but stay was already tainted. I had never seen anything like this, in all my years of travel stays! I felt so unsafe and terrified! Manager tried to offer me a free night. No thanks.

We arrived in a snow storm for a next day flight. Restaurant in hotel was closed. Elevator was not working. Dresser had missing pull knobs. The knobs that were on did not match. Wallpaper was lifting off the wall. Hair dryer fell off the wall. Grout in tile in bathroom needed a good cleaning or better yet replaced. I did let front desk know. Hopefully thing will be taken care. I will not reserve there again.

This place is gross! Bathroom shower curtain unbelievably moldy! Light over the sink doesn't work, toliet paper holders broken! Grass is covered with cigarette butts, screens off sliding doors falling off. This is a Choice hotel...scary fact! Only gave it one star so I could post this! Otherwise it wouldn't have gotten any stars! We will never stay here again and recommend you don't either!
