Bought a bike that had to be assembled. They had great selection and good deals. Nour was super helpful, his energy was awesome. Very knowledgeable and made our experience 10 times better! Would recommend this location and technician.

I bought a bike from this store. When I brought the bike home, nothing on this bike was working properly, the stem and handlebars were extremely loose. The back brake wasn’t working properly. The gears were shifting properly, and I bought a bell and gave it to the technician and he didn’t even install it. Overall I am very disappointed and I won’t be returning to this store. The quality standards need to be upheld and maintained.

Same shoe selection in every store and no stock. All of their casual shoes are insanely limited in styles and stock. How does a footlocker in the mall have more selection and stock than your massive stores?? I’m so confused it’s being run like it’s owned by forzani group again.

The staff at the customer service desk didn’t even acknowledge me, let alone greet me. They were quite rude—perhaps because I am brown. Management should coach them on providing basic, respectful customer service.

I do very recommend Sport Chek at Manningnall the Staff very nice Customer Service and they are really helpful to their customers,nI am a beginner Skier and Have no knowledges what the best equipments for me. after long ride south west to North went other Ski Stores most stores focus selling their expensive items and no knowledges to their own stocks plus they seems easy to feel bothered annoyed if you have more questions even they know you are beginner they really insisted you to choose what they think is good for you. They dont want to know if you feel not comfortable or you try the boots which is not fit in you.nBut after my desperation I am happy decide go to Sport Chek Manning the Staff are the only one willing to hear my needs they all very nice and Lino he is one of the staff helped me a lot with my friend! he's a nice guy ! Very knowledgeable about the Equipments he really patience taking his time to make sure I understand all the items he also give us a lot of tips as a beginner skier, all equipments I have picked He seems not focus to sell the most expensive items to us he focus only what we need ! We even end buy all complete equipments plus with more knowledge about it but it is worth it and really useful !
