Very clean and well laid out store. Staff are great. I needed a new suit for my youngest daughter's upcoming wedding. Lilly, a fantastic young Lady who was extremely pleasant to have aid me. She is/was friendly, very helpful, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, what I liked and made me comfortable and as a result I have a fantastic new suit. I highly recommend this location and if your able ask for Lilly. If she's unavailable, don't fret as everyone else is just as friendly and capable

I don't her name but she helped me find a shirt today as well as a few ties to go with the shirts. I left hastily due to a personal situation and plan to go back. However I found myself near another Moores location and got the shirts there. To the young woman and man at this location today... you are amazing! Great customer service and that fitter was amazing. She is patient, listens and was able to get me the right fit. To the gentleman, thank you for understanding the table cloth comment. All the best! I will be here again and definitely support this location!

I alongside our groomsmen rented tuxes with Moores for a wedding. This rating reflects the quality of the rental attire. Two of our groomsmen who are 5'5 with 17-18" necks received 2XL dress shirts, when those should have clearly been slim fit dress shirts. Additionally, one of the buttons on the tux came off before it was even tried on.

My husband and I picked out a rental suit online that we liked and went to Moores north Edmonton to get fitted. They told us they didn’t have the suit in store so we just crossed our fingers we would like it since they said it would be in 2 days before the wedding. At the store, my husband and I chatted about purchasing his suit so I asked the staff member how much it would cost to buy the suit. Her response was that it would be very expensive, like over $1000, and dismissed my question entirely we would have been fine spending that to buy the suit. Fast forward to the wedding and my husband went in to try his suit on 2 days before. His jacket was WAY too short but they dismissed his concerns, saying it was fine. At the wedding, it was very obvious his suit jacket was way too short. They also told us, as the groom, he could return up to 2 days after the wedding and then tried to charge us a late penalty. To summarize, literally the worst experience possible.

Harassed by a male employee three times in the first 2 minutes, he wouldn’t let me just take a look around the store by myself. In the following few minutes, two separate ladies also came over to ask if they could help me. I get why you offer of course, but I had to turn down AND justify why I didn’t need help choosing my own shirt SIX times in 5 minutes. Also no prices on anything, although I’m sure someone will respond to tell me ‘we always assist our customers and can advise pricing’. Just not trusted to walk around by yourself it seems

Absolute joke of a store. We went in this past February to pick out suits for our wedding party, picked everything out and were told there would be no issues getting the clothing and that the groomsmen could go to any location give the group number and get what they needed... Well that was a big fat lie! Now here we are 19 days away from our wedding and one of the groomsmen who ordered his stuff over 3 months ago can't get pants. Thanks for nothing Moore's and creating unnecessary stress on us last minute. We will NEVER shop here again.

I only have great things to say about Moores Clothing. Fatima and JJ are super friendly, knowledgeable and hands-on. Would highly recommend. Thank you again for taking my measurement.

I have been coming to Moores for many years and have always enjoyed the service and attentive staff. I like the selection and modern styles of the suits. My son has worked here for a few years and he has liked working for Moores. My other son and I just got custom made suits and they look fantastic. 2 custom suits for $900 including gst amazing. The store is well lit but could use an update as the fixtures and carpets are very worn.

The gentleman at the 137 Ave location was super helpful in locating an exact piece that we needed, with the help of the fine folks at the 40 St location. Amazing customer orientation and teamwork. For my future needs, the 137 Ave and 40 St locations would be top of mind

Great experience here. Had a pair of pants I ordered online that didn’t fit. Needed a new dress shirt for a wedding in 2 days and they got me something that fit perfect. Returned the pants no questions asked. Thanks for all the help
