Mud, Sweat and Gears

I had an excellent experience at the Sherwood Park “Mud, Sweat, and Gears” location. I have an old bike and I took it in for a much needed summer tune up service. They treated my bike with great care and now it rides beautifully. Even though they were very busy with moving locations the day I came in, every one was very helpful and professional. I had an issue with a bike part and they adjusted it for me on the spot. I would recommend this location to anyone. Also their new store is great.

Had the best experience by far at this location with Braden! Came in with my girlfriend just browsing the snowboarding gear. He immediately greeted us and asked us if we had any questions and spent over an hour going over boot options with us, running back and forth getting everything we needed, helping us both try on all the options to find something that suited us best. He was so personable and extremely knowledgeable. We we definitely be coming back to this location with all our needs because of him. 12/10

Staff are amazing and super helpful. My wife surprised me with a new snowboard for Christmas and I purchased bindings to add to it. The staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable. They set everything up for me. They had a great Boxing Day sale. Very impressed.

I bought a couple bikes from the Sherwood Park MSG store now and it would be my first choice hands down if I were looking for another bike, or needed any parts or service. Paul the crew are very friendly and helpful. Take the time to show you the bikes, explain the differences between the ones in whatever your price range is and make going there an overall very positive experience.

I’ve had a few dealings with MSG. Bought a couple bikes, some upgrades, got some service done. They have great stores, well laid out and organized. I’ve had to move away from utilizing the LBS as the sharp learning curve to new bike geometry landed me with the wrong steed to start and DTC was the most cost effective means to set it straight. Can’t point the finger at anyone else, it was what it was. Service is stellar, if you bought the bike from them. I seemed to get charged for pretty much everything while my riding buddy got everything free or stupid cheap. Definitely recommended for most people, I just don’t feel like a “fit”. Weird to say that as an enthusiast who’s spent approximately $20k on bikes and parts in just 3 years.

Just bought 9th bike from the Sherwood Park location. Paul is always on top of any questions through the website and the staff are a wealth of knowledge! Alex got my son’s bike running as good as new, while keeping cost as low as possible for me. Highly recommend!!

Phenomenal customer service! For an online order, a staff member Dave connected with me inside of a day to double check some details, and then went above and beyond to help me out. Will definitely swing by when needing bike stuff again!

5 stars for the crew at Mud, Sweat and Gears for their awesome service. Highly recommend this shop for bike tune ups and repairs. My bike looks and rides amazing. Thanks guys.
